Gena Showalter / LOTU / Darkest Lie

All I can say about this book is DAMN!!! This is the best one yet from the Lords of the Underworld series, and that's saying A LOT, as every one of the others was call the fire department, grab a bucket, don't forget to breathe, hot. These books are too hot for Lucifer to hold.
Gideon, a demon-possessed immortal who houses the demon of lies cannot tell the truth or he ends up writhing in unbearable agony. One of the benefits of being the keeper of lies is that he can spot a lie from even the best of liars. That is, until he runs into Scarlet, another demon-possessed immortal who happens to house the demon of nightmares, and who also happens to be their prisoner. He meets her as she invades his dreams while he's recovering from his hands being removed by their enemies, and presents him with his greatest fear (I'm not telling what that is though...read the book to find out :) ). She tells him she's his long lost wife but he doesn't remember her and that really pisses her off, to say the least; and he can't tell if she lying or not and that really pisses him off, to say the least. She refuses to give him any information about their past together, so he comes up with a plan to get her to open up...in every possible way.
These are two hero's to fall in love with. As this is a brand new release I don't want to give too much away but I will say that for those of you who don't go out and get this book I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU! Every lover of Paranormal Romance should read Gena Showalter's Lord of the Underworld series, and I promise you will not be disappointed.
